A new English translation of the 1990 OVA *Kyuukyoku no Chef wa Oishinbo Papa* (*The Ultimate Chef Is Gourmet Papa*), based on a manga by U-Jin. On the surface, Nishikata Kenzo is the cook at a Chinese restaurant. But he's actually Gourmet Papa, the knife-wielding avenger of women who have been raped or abused.
