Sadly, VNDB doesn't list the What if DLC that is available.

So that means even the copy I got from IGGGAMES and Ryuugames both have the DLC even though the copy from IGGGAMES doesn't mention having it (IGGGAMES just doesn't have the R18 Patch included for some reason).

Edit, I added AGE.EXE with the TUMES.BIN in a 7z file since they were both modified at the same time! Make sure to keep a backup of your AGE.EXE just in case.
You shouldn't have bothered providing your copy of AGE.EXE because it won't be cracked, and it won't let you play the visual novel afterward. Luckily, I backed up the cracked exe before hand.
The point of the hotfix was the line break not working correctly during tutorials, as far as I know normal conversations don't have line break issues. I haven't encountered any new tutorials, so I don't know for sure if it fixes them or not yet. Though I can probably just start a new game to check that way too.
